A motorcycle accident Wednesday left one commuter dead at the scene, state police said. Wayne Cox Jr., 66, of Leesburg, was riding his Harley Davidson north on Vineland Avenue around 10:20 a.m., approaching the Kenyon Avenue intersection. A Ford F-150 driven by Wayne Marino, 67, of Bridgeton, was also entering the intersection from Kenyon Avenue, Grossman said. According to police, the two vehicles collided at the intersection, and Cox was thrown from the motorcycle. Grossman said Cox was pronounced dead at the scene. Cox was thrown from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene, Grossman said. Marinos truck drove off the road into a utility pole, according to authorities, where he suffered lacerations to the face. He was taken to Inspira Medical Center Vineland. 
In the last week, there were two separate accidents. One claimed the life of one Chattanooga motorcyclist, while the other victim is currently in a coma. Saturday, I spoke with Kelly Anderson's family; a war veteran who was in a serious accident last Saturday. He was put in a medically-induced coma earlier in the day. Anderson enlisted with the Army in 2004, and completed two tours in Afghanistan. He returned home for good two years ago. His older sister has taken the fundraising reigns to help pay his medical bills. "Kelly is deserving because he has served us.

Police have reopened the previously shut down lanes on Route 1 and traffic has cleared in the area. Guam Fire Department reported one person injured and sent to Guam Memorial Hospital. Police said the man, Shawn Morris, 32, of Dorchester, sustained serious head and chest injuries. He was taken to Boston Medical Center and died from his injuries the next day. A woman passenger, Nicole Mahone, 30, of Quincy sustained serious injuries to her hip and leg, police said. She was taken to Boston Medical Center, where her condition was not immediately known. Police said speed was most likely a factor in the accident. 
- All lanes on Interstate 75 have reopened after a fatal crash between a motorcycle and tractor-trailer in Henry County on Thursday. Just before noon, a crash between a motorcycle and tractor-trailer shut down I-75 lanes in both directions north of Hudson Bridge Road, according to Henry County police. There were reports of debris from the crash flying over the median. The motorcycle driver was killed, according to police. The truck driver was not injured. I-75 North was fully shut down at the 224 North bound, police said. Traffic was diverted off of the interstate in relation to the crash. 
man dead after motorcycle accident on South DuPont Highway in Milford By Associated Press, MILFORD, Del. The Delaware State Police says a 52-year-old Georgetown man has died in a motorcycle accident in Milford. Deputies say Jeffrey A. White was traveling on South DuPont Highway on Sunday around 10:30 p.m. when he attempted to pass a Chevrolet Blazer. Deputies say White was traveling at a high rate of speed and that as he approached slower moving traffic he made aggressive passing maneuvers. He struck the Blazers right front fender when he attempted to change lanes. 
Police say John Lee Riley Jr., 37, was traveling south on I-97 in a 2007 Honda RR1000 motorcycle when he passed a marked Anne Arundel County patrol car. The officer turned on his emergency lights to stop the motorcycle, which slowed and began to pull to the shoulder. But before coming to a stop, Riley accelerated and fled the scene. Police say the officer in the patrol car turned off his emergency lights and made no attempt to follow Riley. Police say Riley continued to speed down I-97, passing another marked Anne Arundel patrol car that was traveling south on I-97, south of Crownsville Road. The motorcycle, estimated to be traveling around 120 mph, was unable to negotiate the curve, drove off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment, several small trees and finally the guardrail. 
UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. - A police officer was injured in a motorcycle accident in Lehigh County on Tuesday. Upper Macungie Township police Ofc. William Rohrbach was on his way to assist another officer at an incident on Industrial Boulevard around 1 p.m when he put down his motorcycle to avoid colliding with a truck, police said. Rohrbach was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said. No one else was hurt.
