19-year-old dies in motorcycle crash in Port St. Lucie

Troopers say 55-year old Ronald V. Salyer died at the scene of the crash, after his motorcycle was immediately engulfed in flames in the accident. The crash happened on U.S. 1 at County Road 304 at 9:50 Saturday night. The FHP says a van driven by a 65-year old man from Interlachen had been northbound on U.S. 1, and crossed into the southbound laneto avoid a collision with [a] stopped vehicle... at the intersection.

Hillsboro investigating deadly motorcycle crash

It happened Wednesday night on SE Davis Road and SE Hare Road. Police say a 23-year-old man was driving a 2007 Yamaha Motorcycle on Davis Road and as he was passing other vehicles, he hit a 32-year-old woman driving a 2007 Acura. The man riding the motorcycle could not stop in time and collided with the left front part of the Acura that was turning onto Davis Road. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Acura was not injured. Police have not released their identities, and an investigation is ongoing.

The crash happened on SW Gatlin Blvd in the westbound lanes, on the 1300 block of Gatlin west of Savona and east of Bougainvillea. According to Port St. Lucie police, a 19 year old was driving a Suzuki Motorcycle west in the 1300 block of SW Gatlin Boulevard. The motorcycle lost control, hit the outside lane curb, then collided with a 2006 Ford F-150 (Hometown Cable truck), which was parked off of the roadway. The impact of the crash totaled the motorcycle and ejected the rider from the motorcycle.

UPDATE: Motorcycle crash kills man in northwest Oklahoma City Thursday night

He struck a curb about 10:40 p.m. Thursday and lost control of the motorcycle in a parking lot. He was dead at the scene, police report. 5:40 a.m. A motorcycle crash in northwest Oklahoma City was fatal for a man Thursday night, a local TV station reports.
